Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers about our loose-leaf tea, brewing, ordering, delivery, returns, and rewards.

What does Spirit Echo Tea sell?

We sell black tea and other loose-leaf teas, red rooibos, green rooibos, honeybush, herbal infusions, and matcha. We source finished teas and blends from wholesale tea suppliers and portion most loose-leaf products ourselves. Current ingredients, weight, price, caffeine classification, and availability appear on each product page.

How much tea is in each package?

Most sellable loose-leaf packages contain 50 grams, or about 1.76 ounces. If a product or option contains another amount, its product page and order summary state that amount. Tea pieces vary in size and density, so two packages with the same net weight may not look equally full.

Where can I find ingredients and allergen information?

Review the Ingredients, Allergens, and Important information fields on the individual product page before purchasing or brewing. Formulas and supplier lots can change, so the current package label should also be reviewed. Contact us before ordering if information appears incomplete or if you have a serious allergy.

Are all of your teas caffeine-free?

No. Red rooibos, green rooibos, honeybush, and many herbal infusions are naturally caffeine-free, while black tea, green tea, and matcha contain caffeine. Check the caffeine classification on the specific product page because blends differ.

Do your tea descriptions make health promises?

No. Flavor notes and brewing information describe the product and are not medical advice or promises of health results. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies, medication interactions, caffeine, or other health concerns.

How should I brew loose-leaf tea?

Follow the tea amount, water temperature, and steep time shown on the product page. As a practical starting point, use fresh water and give the leaves room to expand. For a stronger or lighter cup, change the amount of leaf before extending the steep far beyond the recommendation, which can increase bitterness in some teas.

Can I steep the leaves more than once?

Some whole-leaf teas can produce more than one enjoyable infusion, while small-cut, flavored, rooibos, and herbal blends may give most of their flavor in the first steep. Re-steep promptly using fresh hot water, and discard wet leaves that have been left at room temperature for an extended period.

How do I make iced tea or cold-brew tea?

For iced tea, brew the tea stronger than usual and pour it over plenty of ice so melting ice does not make the drink watery. For cold brew, combine tea and cold water in a covered container, refrigerate while it steeps, then strain. Refrigerate prepared tea and use clean equipment; exact strength and timing depend on the blend.

How should I store loose-leaf tea?

Keep tea sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong odors. Do not refrigerate an opened package because condensation can damage the tea. Follow any best-by or storage information printed on the package.

How many cups does a 50 gram package make?

The number varies with leaf size and how much tea you use. A 50 gram package commonly makes roughly 16 to 25 eight-ounce cups when using about 2 to 3 grams per cup. Matcha, large fruit pieces, personal strength preferences, and repeated infusions can change the total.

How do I place and pay for an order?

Add products to the cart, review quantities, continue to checkout, enter the requested contact and delivery information, choose an available shipping service, and review the complete total before opening secure payment. Card and eligible wallet details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout; Spirit Echo Tea does not store your card number.

How do discounts and loyalty points work?

Enter an eligible discount code during checkout. Signed-in customers can view available loyalty points in Account and, when redemption is enabled, select an eligible number of points before secure payment. Minimums, value, expiration, and other current loyalty rules appear in the account and checkout experience. Offers cannot be combined unless the offer specifically permits it.

Where do you ship?

We currently accept delivery addresses within the United States only. Checkout will not complete for an unsupported destination.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Available carrier services and prices are calculated for the delivery address using the packed shipment information and are shown before payment. Carrier, service, distance, package weight, and dimensions can affect the quote. If a live quote is unavailable, checkout identifies any available fallback option before the order is placed.

When will my order ship, and where is tracking?

Orders are normally prepared within 2–3 business days. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package and are not guarantees. When tracking is available, it is sent to the order email. Check spam or promotions folders, then contact us with the order number if the message cannot be found.

Can I change an address or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with the order number. We will review the request, but an address change or cancellation is not guaranteed after packing, label purchase, payment processing, or carrier acceptance has begun. Never send payment-card information by email or through the contact form.

What if an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or delayed?

Contact us promptly with the order number and a clear description. Photographs of the product, package, label, and shipping damage may help us investigate. For tracking that appears stalled, we may first review the carrier record or ask the carrier to investigate before determining the appropriate resolution.

Can tea be returned or exchanged?

For food-safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective tea. Incorrect, damaged, or defective products are eligible for review when reported promptly. Contact us before mailing anything; approved instructions, replacement, or refund terms are explained in our Returns and Refunds policy.

How do I contact Spirit Echo Tea?

Include the order number when asking about a purchase, but never include card numbers, passwords, or security codes. We use the contact information only to review and answer the request as described in our Privacy Policy.
